Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
Are you interested in becoming a member of the Patient Group and be a representative of fellow patients of the practice?
The Group will be a forum for patients to have their say in the services offered by Limbrick Wood Surgery. Their opinions and views will be considered when planning and developing future services.
The Patient Group will also aim to improve communications between the Practice and Patients. It will help create and coordinate Patient Surveys. The aim is to meet every three months here at Limbrick Wood Surgery with fellow Patients, Practice Managers, Practice Staff and GPs.
