How to Request a Home Visit
Home visits are for patients who are too unwell to attend surgery - Telephone before 10am.
Doctor or Nurse will contact the patient by telephone prior to any visit. Please note several patients can be seen in surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit. Also the Doctor has more ease of access for communication and equipment at the surgery
